Why is my TV making this irritating static noise?

It's a HD Insignia TV and whenever I play a PS3 game when it involves something that's loud like say a volcano erupting and/or a meteor hitting the Earth. A really loud static noise appear. I am using a HDMI cable that I got at a Blockbuster for my PS3.

How to improve turnout in ballet?

I can only get my turnout at around 140-160 degrees, depending, and I'm trying to aim for 180. Do I just try pli�-ing in 180 to hopefully get used to it, or do I just continue working on frog and butterfly stretches?

My cousin had medium brown hair with more of a golden tint and she used Sun-In and she liked it a lot. It made her look more dirty blonde but it wasn't a drastic change.
