Why when i bring up that more minorities voted in 08 than any other election i get called racist?

Well, you make a bit of an assumption there. That more minorities voted in 2008 than other elections is a fact, but then you go on to assume that it is because Obama was running. That's not racist, but there's many other possible reasons, so without proper analysis it's a bit of a stretch to say it.
