I need a cop or law persons opinion.?

I was caught stealing a pair of gloves the other day. The gloves were $36.99. I was cooperative to the store secuirty and the cops so they let me go home as oppsoed to sending me to jail. I have court on Monday. What is the likely turnout for me? I just turned 18 two months ago. My record is clean. I live in ohio.
