first thing to do is call network provider and have the blackberry data plan added, in uk its �5 per month, once you can access the internet, simply type in google search on your phone "msn mobile download" then "facebook download". do look thru every application on phone first, downloads folder, and on mine theres an instant messaging folder, all my msn etc is in that, click open all the icons and have a good look.
