A good moveset for dragonair?

Ok right now I have a dragonair that I am trying to find a good moveset for. But I am a little stumped and I cant find any sites that give a good moveset. I dont plan on having her evolve so I need a good one for her to keep. I would rather not use HMs if I can help it. Her current moveset is Draco Meteor , Ice beam, Fire blast, and extremespeed. Is that a good moveset or should I change something?
