Need help trying to make stensils?

I need help trying to make stencils for my 1957 murray bicycle. I have done a lot of research on this bicycle and suprisingly could barely find out the date ,therfore i could not find any replica decals. I still have a few original decals left on the bike and i would like to know how to make stencils out of these decals to paint new ones on the bike after i restore it. If that made any sense please try to answer the question to the best of your ability with as much detail and feel free to (if you can find anything online or somewhere else) direct me to parts or possibly even decals if you can find them (which will cover my original problem haha). Again this is a 1957 Murray meteor flight, NOT!!! the comet flight model :) , i have seen as many of these things as i need (which i dint btw).
