Were the poor turnouts at Tea Party Tax Day rallies due to fact we are in a 60 yr low tax rate?

To counter "The Taxpayer"'s answer... To use Madison WI as an example. 100,000 people marched in snow in February to oppose cuts to unions, 6,500 showed up to a Tea Party rally with Sarah Palin as the keynote speaker. That 6,500 includes the anti-Tea Partiers that surrounded them. Numbers don't lie... there just aren't that many of them.
